WISBECH ST MARY

to be sold by auction by

Mr CHARLES H PECK

at the Wheel Inn in Wisbech St Mary on Monday 7th September 1874, at 7 o'clock in the evening precisely, (by order of the Trustees under the Will of the late Mrs Ann Bull) and subject to such conditions as will be then produced, the following

FREEHOLD COTTAGES AND GARDENS

near the Church at Wisbech St Mary.

Lot 1 All that COTTAGE or tenement, Outbuildings and Garden, abutting on the road leading to the Church north; a cottage and garden of Mr T P Maxey, east; the Turnpike road, south; and a cottage and garden of Mr John Leach, west; late in the occupation of the said Mrs Ann Bull.

Lot 2 All that COTTAGE with Garden, as occupied by William Markham, next the Back road, north; and Lot 3, east.

Lot 3 All that COTTAGE with Garden as occupied by T Piggott, next the Back road, north; a garden of Mr Robert Bothway, east; and Lot 2, west.

Possession of Lots 1 and 2 at Michaelmas, and Lot 3 at Lady Day next.
